June 1997. Germany. Team of Specialists State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the guidance of Khashimov H. Z. completed training as part of the project GTZ and got acquainted with the company's activities Society for Assistance to Taxpayers on Income Tax.
Based on the results of the experience gained in 1998, when State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan The Republican Information and Consulting Center was established.
In 1999 in Tashkent seminars and round tables were organized with the participation of auditors, lawyers, representatives of state bodies and public organizations. Issues related to the creation of an independent institute for tax consulting were discussed at these platforms. At the same time, the mass media published articles and informational materials that formed the conceptual basis for the development of tax consulting.
In 2003 in Germany team of specialists State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and representatives of professional communities were trained as part of a technical project GTZ. During the program, they got acquainted with the activities of Society for Assistance to Taxpayers on Income Tax.
June 20, 2005 in Uzbekistan By decree According to the Presidential Decree No. UP-3620 "On measures for the development of micro and small enterprises", the relevant ministries and departments were instructed to develop a draft Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On tax consultants".
The initiator and ideologist of the development of this law was the First Deputy Chairman State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan Gadoev Erkin Fayzievich.
The working group on drafting the draft law includes representatives of tax authorities — Bahramov Rustam Askarovich and Nabizhonov Bakhodir Saitzhonovich, representatives Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Golysheva Irina Hristosovna, Minibaeva Tatyana Mikhailovna, Artikov Khudaibergan Azimbayevichas well as a representative Chamber of Tax Consultants — Indina Irina Aronovna.

December 17, 2007 Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan registered regulatory acts: Regulation on the procedure for organizing and conducting qualification examinations for obtaining a Tax Consultant Certificate (No. 1749) and Regulation on the Procedure for Issuing, Terminating and Canceling It (No. 1750).
10.11.2008 Tashkent. Irina Podolskaya received the first certificate of tax consultant No. 00001.

June 4, 2009 in Uzbekistan Presidential Decree No. PP-1123 sets admission quotas for master's degree programs in higher educational institutions of the country for the 2009/2010 academic year. Within the framework of these quotas, 7 places were allocated for the first time in the new specialty "Tax Consulting" in Tashkent Financial Institute.

develop a draft law on amendments and additions to legislative acts for further improvement of the tax consulting system;
develop and implement national standards for tax consulting;
organize regional tax consulting training centers in remote regions of the country by the Chamber of Tax Consultants.
14.02.2011 The Chamber has established a Tax Consulting Training Center.

To date, 288 tax consultants provide their services through 95 organizations of tax consultants.
