I WANT TO BECOME A TAX CONSULTANT, WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Tax Consulting Activities", an applicant must simultaneously meet the following requirements:: have a higher education; have at least five years of work experience, including at least two years in an economic or legal specialty; complete a course of training for tax consultants in accordance with the procedure established by the Chamber of Tax Consultants.

According to the law, the Chamber of Tax Consultants sets requirements for educational institutions that train tax consultants. Training can be carried out in training centers accredited by the Chamber, that is, those who have signed a contract with it and received an official certificate of accreditation.

The specialty of the diploma does not matter.

Yes, you can submit documents for participation in the exam after receiving a certificate from an authorized state body recognizing the equivalence of a diploma issued by a foreign university.
