Ish beruvchining majburiy to'lovlari va ularni kundalik ishda qo'llashning amaliy jihatlari muhokama qilinadi. Tashkilotlarda yuzaga keladigan odatiy vaziyatlarni va ularni hal qilishning to'g'ri usullarini tahlil qilishga alohida e'tibor qaratiladi.
