Mahkamasining 2021 yil 2 noyabrdagi \u00abSoliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlar bo\u2018yicha xulosa berish huquqiga ega bo\u2018lgan soliq maslahatchilari tashkilotlari hamda auditorlik tashkilotlari ro\u2018yxatini yuritish va soliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlarga doir xulosalarni berish tartibi to\u2018g\u2018risidagi nizomni tasdiqlash haqida\u00bbgi 664-son Qarorini ijro etish maqsadida ishlab chiqilgan bo\u2018lib, soliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlar bo\u2018yicha xulosa berish huquqiga ega bo\u2018lgan soliq maslahatchilari tashkilotlari hamda auditorlik tashkilotlari ro\u2018yxatiga kiritish uchun ariza berish hamda uni ko\u2018rib chiqish qoidalarini belgilaydi.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlarga tegishli xulosa berish huquqi o\u2018z faoliyatini bir yildan ortiq muddat davomida amalga oshirayotgan va shtatida yoki gartnoma asosida kamida bir yillik soliq maslahatchisi stajiga ega soliq maslahatchilari bo\u2018lgan soliq maslahatchilari tashkilotlariga hamda auditorlik tashkilotlariga beriladi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mazkur Tartibning ikkinchi qismi talablariga javob beruvchi Soliq maslahatchilari tashkiloti (keyingi o\u2018rinlarda \u2013 SMT) yoki auditorlik tashkiloti \u00abO\u2018zbekiston Soliq maslahatchilari palatasi\u00bb NNTga mazkur tartibga 1-sonli ilovaga muvofiq \u00abSoliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlar bo\u2018yicha xulosa berish huquqiga ega bo\u2018lgan soliq maslahatchilari tashkilotlari xamda auditorlik tashkilotlari ro\u2018yxatiga kiritish uchun Ariza\u201dni o\u2018zbek yoki rus tillarida taqdim etadi. <u>o'zbek yoki rus tillarida<\/u>, ushbu tartibning 1-ilovasiga muvofiq.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ma\u2019lumotlar bilan ishlash, ro\u2018yxatni yuritish va O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasi Soliq qo\u2018mitasi (keyingi o\u2018rinlarda \u2013 Soliq qo\u2018mitasi) bilan axborot almashinuvini tashkillashtirganlik uchun SMT auditorlik tashkilotlari  Palata hisobraqamiga MHTEKMning 2 (ikki) baravar miqdorida yig\u2018im to\u2018lanadi. Ro\u2018yxatga har qanday o\u2018zgartirish kiritish maqsadida ariza taqdim etganda MHTEKMning 1 (bir) baravar miqdorida yig\u2018im to\u2018lanadi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ariza va unda ko\u2018rsatilgan hujjatlar, shu jumladan 2-sonli ilovaga muvofiq \u201cRo\u2018yxatga kiritish uchun ma\u2019lumotlar\u201dni, Palataning admin@pnk.uz elektron manziliga yo\u2018naltiriladi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Palata arizani hamda taqdim etilgan ma\u2019lumotlarni ko\u2018rib chiqadi, ma\u2019lumot tasdiqlangan shaklga muvofiq va (yoki) to\u2018liq hajmda taqdim etilmagan taqdirda, kamchiliklarni ish tartibida SMT bilan bartaraf etadi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamchiliklar bartaraf etilganidan so\u2018ng, Palata 3 (uch) ish kuni mobaynida SMTni yoki auditorlik tashkilotini  \u00abSoliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlar bo\u2018yicha xulosa berish huquqiga ega bo\u2018lgan SMTlar ro\u2018yxati\u00bbga kiritadi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Palata axborotni jamlab, \u00abSoliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlar bo\u2018yicha xulosa berish huquqiga ega bo\u2018lgan soliq maslahatchilari tashkilotlari hamda auditorlik tashkilotlari ro\u2018yxati\u00bbni shakllantiradi va Soliq qo\u2018mitasining rasmiy saytida u bilan kelishgan holda joylashtirish uchun uni Soliq qo\u2018mitasiga topshiradi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soliq qo\u2018mitasi tomonidan savollar yuzaga kelganda, Palata SMTdan yoki auditorlik tashkilotidan axborotni ishchi tartibda aniqlashtirib, mazkur SMT Soliq qo\u2018mitasi tomonidan ro\u2018yxatga kiritilishi bo\u2018yicha ishni davom ettiradi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Palata \u00abSoliq to\u2018lovchilar ixtiyoriy tugatilganda soliqlar bo\u2018yicha xulosa berish huquqiga ega bo\u2018lgan soliq maslahatchilari tashkilotlari hamda auditorlik tashkilotlari ro\u2018yxati\u00bbni o\u2018zining rasmiy saytida joylashtiradi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><br><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ma\u2019lumotlar o\u2018zgargan taqdirda, SMT mazkur Tartibga 3-ilovaga muvofiq \u201cRuyxatga o\u2018zgartirish kiritish to\u2018g\u2018risida Ariza\u201dni,  \u201cRo\u2018yxatga kiritish uchun ma\u2019lumot\u201dni ilova qilgan xolda
